The Eco-Nexus High-Rise redefines modern urban density by seamlessly merging nature with commercial architecture.

Situated in a bustling metropolitan core, this 40-story mixed-use tower acts as a vertical green oasis.

The primary design objective was to combat the urban heat island effect while maximizing floor-area ratio.

By twisting the building’s massing, we optimized natural daylighting across all interior office plates.

The striking exterior is defined by a cascading series of structural sky-gardens woven into the facade.

These communal green terraces provide tenants with vital breakout spaces and direct access to fresh air.

Inside, a soaring atrium serves as a public hub, connecting the subway system to the tower’s retail podium.

The spatial layout prioritizes flexible, open-plan office footprints that adapt to evolving corporate needs.

Total Built Area: 85,000 square meters of premium office, retail, and public community spaces.

Sustainability Rating: Achieved LEED Platinum Certification and exceeded local net-zero energy targets.

Structural Innovation: Winner of the Future Civic Architecture Award for sustainable high-rise design.

Role: Lead Design Architect responsible for conceptual zoning, facade engineering, and interior space planning.
